Pasta Baby Monday Inspirations-
Over the weekend I over indulged, I’m paying for it today. I weigh myself every Monday and Thursday. No need to even look, I know I put on at least two lb’s. I don’t write about my weight much ( or ever?) I’m 5 feet 9 1/2 inches tall. I used to weigh 145 I didn’t look healthy. I changed some medications and three of them caused weight gain! Bam.. weight on, big time. The truth is I am most comfortable at 155 pounds the doctors are okay with it so I try and keep steady. But on weekends where pasta is involved, oh and I made that Apple Stuff too, well… all diets fall to the wayside. Yes, I have no self control! As a result I have pasta on the brain and around my middle, giggle. This weeks theme is, Pasta Baby Monday Inspirations. As always we had wonderful participation and a fantastic variety of blog posts shared at last weeks Thursday Favorite Things blog party. I may have missed a few pasta posts, but I do encourage you to revisit last weeks party and see what you may have missed.

Aw, I overindulged a bit this weekend, but I had a good reason. It was my oldest’s 1St Holy Communion and we had a big party with food and drinks to celebrate with family and friends. So, I won’t be weighing myself this Monday morning either and just call it a wash for a good cause 😉 That said thanks for sharing some Monday pasta inspiration and wishing you a lovely week ahead, too xoxo 😉
