September 11, We Will Never Forget
Dear friends, my heart feels heavy as we mark the anniversary of 9-11. It’s a day forever etched into our hearts, when our nation was forever changed. Even after all these years, the memories remain vivid, and the emotions still touch us deeply.
It is a time to pause, reflect, and honor the lives lost, the brave first responders who ran toward danger without hesitation, and the countless families who carry the weight of loved ones no longer with them.
When the weight of sad memories or world news feels heavy, a quiet moment to remember is essential. It reminds us of how precious life is, how important our loved ones are, and how much we need each other.

Merciful Lord,
We come to You today with quiet and caring hearts. We pause to remember September 11th and all the precious lives lost on that tragic day. Lord, we ask that Your gentle comfort continue to wrap around all of us.
We pray for our country and our communities. Where there is hurt, bring Your healing touch. Where there is division, bring Your peace. Help us to hold on to hope, to love one another more deeply, and to rely on Your unfailing grace.
