Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things a party for blog writers and blog readers! Before we dive in I am taking a moment to wish my amazing hubby a very happy Anniversary. He is my heart’s one true love. I’ve been loving you for 18 years Sweetie and I kn ow it seems impossible but I love you more with every passing day ~ Okay thank you for that little indulgence, it really is amazing to be married to your best friend. This weeks party title , “Its okay I’m not that hungry Thursday Favorite Things” may seem a bit odd. But, it is appropriate. At the beginning of May I posted A Recipe For Katherine challenge. Hoping some brave recipe creators would take on the challenge of creating a main course or dessert recipe that meets my ingredient challenges. Thank you Marilyn (one of your TFT co hostesses) you were the only one to signed up.C’est la vie. I am always happy to shine the light on some of the wonderful posts from the prior week’s party. French Country Home shared her Simple Pleasures of May. I love this photo of her garden, it just begs you to sit and sip french wine among the buzzing bees.
Mt Thrift Store Addiction shared a lovely post about the 19th Annual Becker Vineyards Lavender Festival . Can you imagine how amazing it must have been with the air filled with the scent of fresh lavender?
