It’s All Random
What? Am I posting on a Sunday morning? Yes, I am, tea in hand and listening to my hubby get his fishing gear ready. He and our oldest grandson are fishing buddies and today the weather and water are calling them. Gosh, I hope you are reading this and enjoying a lovely Sunday morning too. This morning my brain is all over the place though. Like a busy bee traveling from flower to flower, I can’t get my brain to focus on just one thing this morning. So it’s all random my friends!
A quick update on our daughter.

She is improving a little bit every day. She is like the energizer bunny, so resting is hard for her. She’s still having pain and is still saying a big fat “Nope” to the suggestion of pain medicine. She has to be as clear thinking as possible to run her business from the bed. I understand that but of course, I want her to rest as much as possible too. Thank you all for your continued prayers as she recovers.
I always know I can count on you.

Have you started to decorate your home with Autumn gorgeousness yet? Or are you struggling like I am and just can’t feel it when it’s so darn HOT? I will be making some seasonal changes here on my corner shortly. Maybe that will give me the nudge I need to make the seasons change here at home. There are some lovely dahlias in the local market that are inspiring my color choice.
The last of the zucchini is about to be picked we’ll be eating some of it tonight, I have these on the windowsill waiting for the roast. I took some fresh veggies from our garden to a dear friend who just bought a new home. A couple of quick snaps for you.

Not sure how I missed this yesterday. But also on a later start today as my girls are home today and tomorrow as the public schools are closed here for the Jewish holiday. We aren’t Jewish, but still the schools observe it. That said, thank yuo for the update here, especially about your daughter. Happy to hear she is improving even if slowly.
