DIY Photography Backdrop Holder
I use a backdrop for photos of things I sell in my meditation shop. I recently purchased a new backdrop after using my daughters for a while. Space is limited in my art room and there’s only one place I can set up a backdrop that gets the best light. I needed to find a way to have access to the backdrop without having to drag it out and unfold it every time. So necessity is the Mother of invention. With some help from my hubby, I am happy to share with you my DIY Photography Backdrop Holder.
This is an inexpensive, utilitarian, no frills necessity for me. The convenience of having a backdrop at the ready allows for a quick photo and little fuss. You might use a backdrop for your blog photos, family photos or shop photos too. So I am happy to share this DIY Photography Backdrop Holder with you. I purchased most of the backdrop supplies at our local Home Depot.

On a side note, I may add end caps to the PVC pipe. Of course, you have the option of using end caps finials, etc. and using more attractive hooks too.
On another side note- If you backdrop isn’t to wide, you can also use a shower rod, or curtain rod instead of the pvc pipe.
Well there you have it, a DIY Photography Backdrop Holder that keeps your backdrop up and out of the way and at the ready for your next photo shoot.
I hope to see you all back here on Thursday for the TFT blog op link party!
