Enough

Hello friends, it’s Christmas week, and as we prepare to celebrate our Lord and Saviour’s birth I find myself asking, have I done enough for others? Have I shared enough? Have I prayed enough, meditated enough, worked hard enough, forgiven enough? Have I reached out enough to bring joy to others through sharing in my life, and here at Katherines Corner?

The blessings in my life, the love, and joy I receive from family and friends ( and bloggy friends too) are always enough to fill my heart with happy. But, have I done enough to let you know that you are loved, and valued, and never truly alone? Has a virtual hug and smile been enough?

I know to some this is just a blog, a place to find giveaways, recipes and the occasional bit of craftiness. But to me it is more.

Katherines Corner is a simple place. A safe place, a no judgment place. A place where everyone is welcome. It is a little drop in the vast ocean of bloggers, DIY’ers, decorators, and recipe creators. Is it enough?

In 2021

I will be making some changes here, changes I pray will be enough to engage you and encourage you, and if I may be so bold to say, inspire you. It will still be Katherines Corner, you will still find many of the things you have come to enjoy over the years. But, with a little more, just enough to add a little more happy to your visits.

Join me as we celebrate the week of Christmas and although I will most likely still ask, ” have I done enoug”. I pray no matter where you are or what you are doing you have enough.

There will not be a TFT blog hop link party this week. But I’ll see you here on Christmas morning and again for the TFT party on New Years eve.
