I've been dieting 3 months now and the one thing that started my weight to fall off was drinking a ton of water. I drink 4-5 (20 ounce) bottles of water a day. I try to drink 2-3 in the morning, just to get it out of the way, and 2 in the afternoon. Who knew water would be key, but it is, I promise! =)
