We are harvesting our zucchini now and I look forward to trying some new recipes.A Sprinkle of This and That shared her Zucchini Brucheta, it looks so fresh and tasty.
I haven’t tried quinoa yet and this is Quinoa Salad shared by All The Joy is certainly nudging me in the right direction.
We have so many green beans in our garden we are handing them out to family and neighbors by the bowls full. Now I have another wonderful way to prepare them with this Green Bean and Radish Salad shared by Joy Love Food.
