  4. I soak my steel cut oatmeal overnight. Cuts the cooking time in half for the morning. I add nuts, fruit, local honey and sometimes mix it up with a tad of brown sugar and cinnamon.   5. We LOVE oatmeal in our house it is such a great way to start the day. We have used oatmeal in baths for rashes and it works so good. I have never tried it in shampoo before though, we will have to give it a try. Have a blessed week!!

  6. We eat oatmeal a lot here, too. We use peanut butter, banana, chia seeds or hemp hearts, regular milk, almond milk. . . . you’re right. .. . the possibilities are endless! We also grind it into powder to put in my daughter’s bath when she has eczema attacks. It helps.

  8. We absolutely love oatmeal around my house so I thank you for these variations! My favorite way is with a little bit of cinnamon brown sugar and some skim milk, in the summer we add fresh berries! I think oatmeal just sues the soul!
