DIY Candy Box Holder

Valentines day is on the way and most school classrooms will be sharing valentines and treats. I was inspired by Lia Griffith’s holiday candy huggers and I created these cute diy candy box holders. Super easy, and child friendly too!

You can go extra fancy and cut these out of felt or just use some colored paper or patterned paper. They look cute either way.
What You Need
Boy and Girl templates (you can download them below)
Colored or pattern scrapbook paper ( printed on both sides) or Felt
Scissors
Glue or tape (or needle and thread if using felt)
Box of candy or lollipop, pack of gum or candy bar

1. Cut out the templates
2. Place candy box in center
3. Add glue or tape to the back of the box before wrapping the arms to make sure the box is attached
4. Wrap the arms around the candy box with the heart on top
5. Add glue, to secure the hands and let dry
6. Or use a simple knotted stitch if you are using felt
   Ta Daa!
