Brain Freeze
Summer here in Utah is hot and today it’s hotter than the surface of the sun…Seriously soo hot! So what do we all crave this time of year? Something cold and preferably frozen. So, I invite you to try one or all of these amazing 12, yes 12, homemade frozen treats, you will love to serve this summer.
I’m starting with my no sugar added strawberry fruitsicles. I’m actually making these this weekend.
These Toasted Almond Ice cream bars from Kudos Kitchen look amazing! Keeping them in a glass with ice cubes is genius!
Marla Meridith made blueberry swirl no-churn ice cream! I love anything blueberry ( and strawberry, and cherry and…) I can only imagine the wonderful combination of tart and sweet in this frozen treat.
Ice Cream Sandwich Cake!! Made by Brown Sugar. Well smack my lips, that is a very clever and surely delish frozen treat!
Raise your hand if you’re ready to try Sugar and Charm’s Smores Fudgcicles.
Copy Cat Dairy Queen Buster Bars from The First Year look should have a spotlight, confetti and balloons above, this looks divine.
Kid Friendly Things To Do Made Orange Creamsicles. How many of you can’t wait to try this one! Orange creamsicles have been around since 1905 and I bet none of them taste as good as these.
My hubby loves ice cream sandwich cookies. Truth be known, he chooses cookies over any desserts. Add ice cream and you can almost see the little boy in him with an ice cream covered face. Now, here are 6 awesome combinations for you to try now.
Leites Culinaria made spicy pumpkin ice cream. Pumpkin is not only for Autumn my friends. Caution eating this may cause a jack o lantern smile ( wink).
These Fudgesciles from Baker by Nature remind me of the days when my friends and I would chase down the ice cream truck. Yummmm
All Roads Lead to the Kitchen made No Churn Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Such a delicious way to beat the heat. Grab a scooper.
Health bars were my favorite candy bar, yes I can still remember the taste from back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth, LOL. So it is wonderful to see Carries Experimental Kitchen sharing a recipe for Chocolate Heath Bar Crunch Ice Cream. It brought back some yummy memories.
I know you are probably wondering why I’m so excited about 12 homemade frozen treats I can’t eat ( restricted diet). But, my memory of some of these delicious flavors is enough to sustain me and I’ll enjoy my strawberry fruitsicles knowing you all are enjoying all 12 homemade frozen treats to beat the heat!
Which of these 12 Homemade Frozen Treats will you try first?
