Sowing Seeds Sunday 2
Hello friends, welcome to Sowing Seeds Sunday 2. Robert Louis Stevenson said, “Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds that you plant.” This is something that most of us learn at a young age and it is a valuable concept that I live by.
Karma
Just like Karma, this concept teaches us that if we give or do something kind or selfless, we can receive something in return. But that does not mean we sow a seed with the purpose of a return. It is through selfless acts, faith, kindness and love, that all seeds must be sown. If it is returned to you, it is a blessing and gratitude will be expressed with a happy heart.
It is because of God’s mercy and compassion that we can have a place in heaven, despite our sins. When we sowed seeds of iniquity and corruption, Jesus reaped our punishment on the cross. We must sow seeds of faith, love and kindness and make a difference in the world.
Never stop sowing seeds. Wishing you a beautiful Sunday.
