Homemade Seasoning Recipes
My recent diagnosis has prompted some big changes in the way I eat and prepare meals. One of my favorites is a salt-free spice mix. But it is no longer allowed because it has citrus and onion. After much trial and a little bit of error, I came up with this Salt-Free “Everything Seasoning Recipe”. I also had to say farewell to my Taco Seasoning Mix. My Poultry Seasoning. But my Italian seasoning mix. is always made from scratch and I thought I would share it with you too.
You will need to use a funnel or a paper cone to fill your jars. I found these jars at Ikea for less than $5. But you can use sanitized old empty spice jars or baby food jars. As long as it is airtight it should work just fine.
These are migraine safe recipes. If you are not on a migraine safe diet please see Katies Tid Bits below. Please know your triggers and allergies before preparing a recipe from my blog.

Katie, I totally pinned, because I too get migraines sometimes – it isn’t all the time, but still might be nice to try a spice that I know wouldn’t aggravate or help to bring on a new migraine. Thanks so much for sharing!! 🙂 xoxo!!
I am sorry sweetie, that is miserable. I hope you will enjoy these recipes xo
