Silly Poem
Hello friends, here’s a silly little poem (or is it a limerick) about blue pumpkins to make you smile.
Ode’ to the Blue Gourd

- In gardens where the moon shines bright, you’ll discover pumpkins of a strange, new light.
- They weren’t the orange you’d expect, but they have a brilliant, shimmering “smurf-y “effect.
- They sit among the leaves so green, the oddest garden you’ve ever seen.
- A farmer sighed in shock,
- “My harvest is a blue-ish mock!”
- They’re grand, they’re glossy, it is true, but who would buy a pumpkin blue?”
- Then I declared,
- “It’s the best pumpkin patch I’ve ever seen!”
- Hmmmm…
- should we now look for a pumpkins green?
Wishing you a silly Saturday!
